Personal Picture Interpretation

The visual language can often say more than words and provide answers to problems and opportunities that would otherwise remain hidden. Sometimes it is clear, other times symbolic and harder to see on your own.

I do individual interpretations of your pictures at a distance without guidance. You are welcome to contact me with questions, but I am not a therapist. My role is to give you input for help to self-help.

Of course I promise full confidentiality and after analysis I delete emails with attached pictures.

Instructions

Draw two pictures on each paper. You do not have to be a pro at drawing.

• A picture of yourself in full person.
• A house in some form of environment or surroundings.

Send me an email at interpret[at]palbergstrom.com with a request for interpretation of your pictures that you take photos of and attach.

Also do these exercises. You can write it down directly in the email e.g. "The backpack contains...", "Behind the left door there is...".

I will return with my interpretation without knowing more about you as a person. It is up to you to draw conclusions and connect it to your privacy.

My interpretation should not be seen as compensation for psychological help.
